- CACody Allen6 days ago1.0I had cox for over 3 years I moved to a new apartment letting them know and they cancelled my plan and service when I asked them about it they said " I have no idea how that happened there's nothing in our notes " then they made me a new account I was not happy they were charging 125 with the new service then they dropped it to 60 after days of trying to get ahold of someone and the Internet is terrible can barely connects

I have spent the last 4 hours trying to get my order straightened and can't get it done. They put me on hold 4 times and the last time it hung up on me. Super long wait times to get them to answer.

Had some fees that weren't disclosed/hidden when owned by cox. So far spectrum has exceeded my expectations. Thanx Shawn and Scott!! Those guys get five stars!!
