Our Internet stopped working on Saturday night due to an outage they fixed it til Sunday and ours still wasn't working, well we had to have a tech come and fix it on Monday at 7:30pm well today is Wednesday and there is another outage.

They over charge their customers 200% more than other internet companies in the area. $150 a month when I can get the exact same service from AT&T for $50 a month. And absolutely no one at cox or spectrum will do anything. Since AT&T is now available for my house I am leaving cox. Cox will never have my service again.

I've had over 8 technicians come to my house whom have failed to have the equipment needed (a special ladder to access the pole due to my neighbor is not home to let them in the backyard where the pole is located).
