So, Cox reply to my initial review was to contact them them a "help" http address. How do they think I got to chat in the first place. This is exactly why I switched carriers...EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They know who I am, they have my account information and if they really cared they would contact me directly. THEY DON'T CARE!
