I just wanted to cancel internet. It took over an hour and it did not get done. Now I have to find a new mobile provider and drive down to the store, where I will probably be treated like crap as well. When your company culture says it’s cool if you don’t feel like doing your job that day AND it’s okay to treat customers indecent. This is what it breeds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN.

The store located near 101st and Memorial is the most convenient location for us, coming in from Sapulpa. We were in and out with our new equipment in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.
