- VHValentino H5 days ago1.0My customer service review at this store was awful. His tone was mean and I tried to give him my equipment they wanted back but he didn’t accept it. Then he said he was printing out my receipt for the return and dismissed me like I was nothing. So I walked away and he said have a nice day. They kept billing me even after I cancelled my service a couple months ago. I’ll never use cox again. Just an awful company.

The fellow that helped me was very good natured and assured me all would be done correctly! WE SHALL SEE.
