- DADavid AloiaMay 14, 20262.0Bizarre experience. I was returning equipment. Someone was waiting at the door, opened it, greeted me and took me to desk to process my needs. Fine, seemed okay. The associate typed stuff up and started walking towards the front door. I asked "are we done"? Associate said yes, so I followed. Another associate joined and they opened the doors together to show me out. Hard to describe the uneasiness I felt. Might seem like it was 'great customer service', but it wasn't. It was incredibly uncomfortable and creepy. Like they had no souls and were performing a ritual. Not pleasant at all. *** Just received alert of reply by Cox (see below) that makes no sense whatsoever. Seems they have a team of people watchng reviews and responding with no clue what they are doing. Marketing gone wrong....
