  I attempted to cancel online. Was connected with an Ashran S. When I made it clear I had already begun service with another provider and was unwilling to give details of my internet usage, they began only sending messages that they were busy with someone else for an entire 30 minute period. Eventually, they terminated the entire chat without allowing me to cancel my account. I am not bound to a contract with Cox, I have had service with them for multiple years. Do not sign up with this company.

  Cox might be the worst ever literally not only with my home internet are there outages all the time it seems like but I got the cox mobile for $3 a month some promotion going on and it absolutely sucks it changed my iPhone to where it acts like an android it’s changed my messages to green and I can’t send effects anymore it won’t let me send messages on Facebook and gives me a weird message every time I try to make a call I hate hate hate cox and ofc the store can’t even answer the phone

  Was there to turn in equipment after picking up a new box. Fast service but didn't solve my problem. However, they tried!

  I was met immediately upon walking in by a woman named Brenda. She was very helpful and patient with me. By the time I left, she and her coworker, Charles, had me setup with better internet & cell phone service with a lower rate than I previously paid. THANK YOU BRENDA!!
