- LCLiz Clark2 days ago5.0Vyve has exceptional customer service and technicians! We have had it for several years with no problem then one day our service started going in and out. I work from home so it was important to get it running quickly to met deadlines. Daniel R came out and made sure everything was running great (turns out a squirrel had chewed through the wires at the pole) he was so kind and professional making sure to check on us at the end of the day to make sure we didn’t have any other problems. He checked our equipment inside and outside of the house and was extremely thorough and professional. 100% recommend!

Ever since they supposedly fixed a “node” up stream it’s goes out every day! Might be just a few minutes up to several hours or the whole day! Do better Vyve when your service actually works it’s great but here lately y’all should be paying me at this point I feel like I’m a beta tester
