Although there have been ups and downs they have really stepped up their game since Bluepeak came to Shawnee and gave them some good Competition. There have been way fewer outages the last couple years where I live compared to before and they have kept my $20 less than I would pay at bluepeak to keep my business. As long as they do that I will stay. I think everyone should try Vyve first because if they go out of business then Bluepeak prices will shoot up with no competition. It’s also nice having the option to text them for most customer service issues after you call them it gives you the option.
- NWN WagersAug 10, 20261.0If you're looking for internet that's reliable, this isn't it. Their technicians are great when the company sends them out, but the service isn't reliable. When your Internet is out, the company lets you know it may take up to 14 days for them to do the maintenance to get your Internet up and running. Rates aren't locked in, you have to call and renegotiate and even then, it's not a good value for the product. It's very overpriced for the product that's received.

Got here right on time, found the issue, resolved the issue, turned around and explained what was going on so I could understand; found other issues in a larger scope, and took steps to get them resolved. Very polite, friendly, and had a professional sort of cadence. Fantastic service.
