  Cody was very kind. He got the job don’t quickly and efficiently. He worked around an apartment issue I had very professionally and was overall great!

  Worst internet in history you cant even connect to their webpage to try a refresh. Their techs lie and say they cant find a problem so they dont have to work. They wont update the lines behind the house only the one from a pole to your house. Do not waste tour money on this trash internet. I am switching to starlink loke my other neighbors all did because vyve is the worst internet on the planet. No matter how many tickets you get for a work order they never fix anything. I bought a 400$ router and a 500$ modem and they tried saying it was my equipment then tried saying it was my power to the house then tried to say it was a ground connection then tried to say it must be squirrels chewing on lines then tried to say it was just busy on the internet and there is nothing they can do. 9 years of garbage internet i will no longer deal with paying stupid prices for garbage internet. Corporate never fixed anything either.

  The speeds are great, when it works. Internet constantly has outages and they take forever to fix them, it's been down for 5 hours now and the outages prompt only tells you a technician is out to fix it (which I genuinely believe is a lie) if they could add transparency to outages, like tell us the causes, time to fix etc (not hard to do) that would be amazing but they don't.... I'm stuck questioning If the wifi is getting fixed or if I'll need to wait until tomorrow. (Internet is my source of income so it's frustrating not having an ETA or transparency)

  Called vyve with a concern about going over on my data. They responded with a better package and even credited me some of the overage charges. Both representatives were thoughtful and very helpful. Now that's a way of showing their gratitude for being a customer for 10 1/2 years. Thank you to your team.

  I've had Vyve for a while now. When it works, its decent. Just like every other broadband ISP out there. That is WHEN its working. I have a consistent intermittent issue where the modem they provided me with will reboot connect reboot for an hour or two, work for a few hours then repeat the process. I've had multiple modem replacements, Technician calls, and a quiet a few hours on the phone speaking with customer service telling me to do the same steps that I've already done prior to the call. Vyve used to be wonderful out here in Eastern Oklahoma about 10 years ago. Now its a roll of the dice intermittent headache.
