    Do better. Our Internet went down before 7am Saturday. Was told by customer support it'd be resolved by 4pm. At 730pm called back and was told no ETA but they're working on it and to just use my hotspot from my cell phone. Well it's 210pm Sunday and still no Internet. No it's not just me it's the whole neighborhood. Gotta love Facebook group pages. We understand it's the weekend but don't screw your customers. Some of the ppl out here have medical devices that require remote monitoring and that can't be done without Internet.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Back in march a truck hit my fiber line and ripped it off the pole and I called and asked for a service call to come fix it. Took them a week to come fix it. Then I still didn’t have internet for 2 weeks after that because I needed a new modem. Called them and they said we would send out a tech to get a new modem installed. A week later still nothing. Finally after three and a half weeks I received my new modem. But internet still wasn’t working. So I called customer service. They told me my service is inactive due to non payment. I told them that I’m not paying for that month due to me not having Internet. Each time I talked to customer service they told me I would be receiving a $89.99 off my bill due to me not having the service. The next bills comes, I still see the 89.99 on my bill so I only pay the amount due and leave the 89.99. They shut my internet off again. I call customer service, they tell me it’s inactive again due to non payment. I tell them the whole story again. They say “oh there is no notes regarding that incident”. Then I have to go through the whole process again for the second time. Dion the loyalty department manager tells me we are all good to go that they will give me the 89.99 off my next bill that my Internet should be turned back on the Internet is turned back on for two days then I get a text message saying that my Internet has been turned off due to nonpayment so this is the third month in a row. I’m dealing with this. This week I have paid $208 on the bill and they are asking for another $94 to turn my Internet back on. This company is the worst Internet company in Oklahoma. I’m reporting this to the better business bureau. And cancelling my service. Do not use Vyve. Just get starlink.

    I have had vyve for years, never a ny down time . Everyone on the Vyve team are so easy to work with.

    Unfortunately this company has gone down the drain. We can no longer use our wifi after dark as it'll just keep resetting itself. We've been with vyve for over 4 years and not once has it ever been this bad. Will be switching providers as we aren't getting what we pay for anymore. Hopefully they can sort out their problems with providing constant coverage.
