  Needed help with my wi fi.Said he was not able to help with issue. Your staff needs a refresher course in customer service. He seem to busy and wanted to go back to the backroom. One custoner was being helped by another staff. Thinking of changing company

  I went in to replace a modem they said they could not because I have a old plan on Cox. So they told me I had to call and get a replacement which I did. I was having trouble with the order and not knowing the tracking number they could/ would not help me and tried to once again sell me a new plan. So I had to cancel the order and went to a different location that was able to replace the modem that did not try to sell me a new plan. So they are more interested in not letting people keep the current plans and putting customers on Spectrum plans upgrading the plans. Allow and treat Cox customers better especially this location. I will not be back to this location.

  Llevo 4 días con problemas del Internet 🛜 en casa no funciona bien y estoy pagando no es nada gratis es un dolor d cabeza llevo ya 3 años y hasta gorra estoy teniendo problema y el servios al cliente es un terrible problema

  When I call them no one answers the phone anymore after cox joined to spectrum customer service gotten bad for not answering there phone so dont wast ur time calling them because they won't answer their phone anymore

  It was pretty bad customer service she was pretty rude and dismissive not very helpful and maybe if I get really didn't matter to her if I was a Cox customer or not
