Prices continued to rise and after a 2 hour phone call with the retention department we got signed up with a mobile line, that we didn't want, to receive a discount which despite the offer actually increased our monthly bill higher than before the promotion. Cancelled service two weeks later. Came in to return equipment and while waiting in queue, two individuals that checked in AFTER I did were called up for service. Whomever is taking over Cox can't come fast enough, but even then if prices don't drop to half, literally ANY provider will give you better customer service and better pricing.
