Kyler who originally sold me my phone and Internet service was there and had it figured out in minutes. He informed me that Cox was soon to be in all states and that he was being transferred to Nebraska where he has family. He will be missed by me my cell phone genius. Many thanks, Cox!!!

My service had been messing up.I call and they always say it’s not them. My service had been going in and out freezing and not able to use WiFi and they sent someone out and tech said it was their products. Mind you, you are renting the products because they don’t let you buy them and so for the length of the service you have paid for the products many times over. So I call to see if they were taking something off the bill I was told it wasn’t anything wrong with the service when I have spent days with none working service and the person tells me there is nothing they can do.
