  Long time cox internet and phone user. Had to cancel internet due to moving and cox does not provide internet in my area. I returned my equipment to this location and had internet turned off but still wanted phone service. When the shut off my internet they shut off my autopay for my phones w/o telling me. I got no notification and my phones were turned off due to no payment. I went into the store and got it turned back on and no one at the store could help remove the late fee. I then resetup auto pay. About a month later I start getting texts and calls saying I have a payment due. I called in twice spending nearly 40min on the phone and never really get an answer more than autopay is setup and your payments are current and next payment should auto pay or you can pay it now. I leave it to auto pay. The texts keep coming. I called and asked to speak with a manager. I wait on hold for over 20min and hang up. Now I have been sent to collections for $30. I tried using the chat feature. They will not help and they will not have someone call me. I’m off next Wednesday and will be transferring my services elsewhere. They don’t care.

  We had an help today with getting our phones to work from Bee. She was patient, knowledgable, persistent and kind. She made sure everything was working, our new billing was correct and showed consideration from the very first of my husbands possible need to sit while she worked on our issue. She never displayed any frustration with the technical problems she was having ,just kept working toward the solution! It was a true pleasure to have her help, she deserves all the accolades today!

  I used to be able to go in and have no problems swapping out bad miniboxes or adding a service for the Assisted Living facility I take care of. It was friendly faces ready to help. Now it's just rude staff that can't take the time to listen to customers or figure out how to properly use their system. I've had the same experience on my last several visits. I will never step foot in this store again. I handle everything online now. Do better.
