- JDJohn DoeJun 20, 20265.0After trying to pay my bill online and then went to the in store kiosk, ( no explanation on why my card keeps declining) waiting fifteen minutes before I was even acknowledged at the counter, i'm told they only accept cash, no card and there's nothing they can do. So it pretty much took me about two hours just to get this bill paid today. -A bill that is supposed to be on auto pay. Nobody in the store at first wanted to be helpful. I left came back with the cash, whole new staff all of a sudden , not even twenty minutes later. When I come back , a woman named monica helped me. Turned a stressful 2 hour wasted time experience into a smooth transaction and even helped me upgrade my internet. That is someone you want, to help in leading your company. Figured I'd let you know.

I thought cox was suppose to be good and dependable. I’m having to use my data on phone right now to right this because my internet is out. Again.
