- SSSnipper4 days ago1.0Honestly I’ve had vyve for the better part of two years and can confidently say that they are the most unreliable internet provider I’ve ever had. Randomly goes out almost every day and then when I contact them about it they tell me that they see nothing on their end indicating an issue and then when they say they will send a technician out to look at it the person never comes. I’ve tried my best to power through it and give them benefit of the doubt and time to fix their issues but it only gets worse. I highly recommend against using vyve because on top of all of that I work from home where if I don’t have internet (which goes out everyday for hours on end) I can’t do my job.

I was calling to look into switching companies and they were able to lower my bill and new equipment free at a much lower rate which fits my budget. The ladies I spoke with customer service skills were amazing! They were friendly helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Vyve has really stepped up their customer service.
