Internet is horrible, customer service is even worse! Lightning hit out box outside and they are telling us it’s going to be 3 days before they can get a tech out here. But if I didn’t pay it would be turned off in a second!! It’s ridiculous and I will be switching companies asap!

10/10 recommend! This is our second house using Nextlink internet and we have no issues. Jacob Casey was our installing technician and was super easy to work with and very friendly!

Saturday a young man came to our door with an offer for Nextlink internet and phone service. Our service is so weak, we signed up. Sunday the installer came by and set up our home receiver/router. Fortunately, their tower is clear by line-of-sight to our house. Today our service is very good. Monthly, 47+/-. Will let you know if we are still happy after a few months.
