A few months ago I canceled my service but was convinced to extend my account for two months in case I wanted to come back. I just found out that the COX Representative lied to me. It turns out they were going to start billing me at full rate after those two months. I basically found out by accident. So today I had to cancel again and it was also very difficult. I feel that I was lied to and cheated by COX. I don’t think it will get any better under spectrum. I’ve had them before and they were not good either.
