- TCTori cryerAug 15, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. Got home set up our “wifi” by following steps and does not work. Of course you can’t get anyone to answer the phone to help. Horrible. Claims were “minutes away from wifi” but that’s a lie we’ve been trying to figure it out for 3 days.

- JMJay MasonJul 1, 20261.0I’ve been trying to cancel my service since my apartment flooded in April, they have made it SO difficult and I regret using them because of the experience I’ve had with the cancellation alone. The internet was awful and the apartment complex I was at requires you to use Cox. ATT has been far better and I can work remotely without losing connection. Cox couldn’t keep up enough to stream security cameras.
