Then JD came out and figured out the main problem. JD came back in Monday with new modem and got us up and running. He was very knowledgeable, polite, informative. Knew his stuff!!! Very happy customers as if now. But Vyve should offer a senior discount:)

Over the past year, I subscribed to their 1 Gbps internet service, but my speeds suddenly dropped to around 200 Mbps. After contacting support, a technician upgraded my equipment, and I decided to move to their 2 Gbps package. Unfortunately, even after the upgrade, I rarely see speeds above 400 Mbps. Multiple technicians have visited, but the issue remains unresolved. One technician repeatedly questioned why I “needed” 2 Gbps internet and stated that “no one ever needs that much,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Regardless of personal opinions, customers should receive the service they are paying for. I was later informed that the newer modems being installed have known issues and that mine would need to be replaced. That was about two weeks ago, and I still haven’t been contacted to schedule the replacement. In the meantime, I have to restart my internet connection at least once a day to keep it working properly. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other providers until Vyve can consistently deliver the speeds they advertise and improve their customer support and follow-through.
