Multiple phone calls, feels like robbery. They couldn’t service our area, real fast to take our money but won’t give it back!

He helped me get my Wi-Fi set up, and what could have easily been a stressful and frustrating situation was actually a really positive experience because of him. Kevin was incredibly calm, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. His calm voice and reassuring attitude immediately made me feel less anxious. He never once made me feel like I was bothering him or that I should already know what I was doing. He explained everything clearly, never got frustrated, and stayed patient and helpful the entire time. You can tell Kevin genuinely knows what he’s doing, but more importantly, he knows how to treat people. He made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and honestly just awesome by the end of the call.
