  We placed the order online and then the website told us to call to finalize the order, which we did. Rebecca assisted us over the phone. She said if modem was mailed we wouldn't get it for a few days. I mentioned we needed it earlier as I needed to get everything set up before my elderly aunt arrived in Broken Arrow next week. She said she could list me on the account as an authorized user and that way I could go to any store and pick up the equipment that day - just needed to show them my ID. So I went to this store (931 E Kenosha St). I showed my ID and requested the modem. Clerk said could only give new equipment to the account holder. I explained my situation and she went behind closed doors to ask the manager. She came back and said no. I got in the car and immediately called customer service again. Rep asked for location of store and placed me on hold for several minutes. Came back and said I would have to go your 11811 E 51st St store and they would give me the modem. She said she called the first store and they were unfriendly and really wouldn't even listen to the explanation. I asked, "aren't you all the same company?" - yes, she said. So I went to your store on 51st street and dealt with Delinda. She was very friendly and super helpful and quickly provided the modem. So, avoid this store on Kenosha - go to the one on 51st!

  Fast and Courteous service. Was able to have service transfered and connected quickly. No complaints.

  Horrible service even with Fiber Internet. Terrible customer service. Too expensive for zero reliability and nonstop outages not weather related. Would not recommend this to anyone.

  *This is not towards Store Employees, This is towards Your Service Line. Ever Since I had to get Cox Internet. I've had more issues and problems. It's Fairly Easy to sign up with them. But a pain to get help, have Quality Customer Service, and Professonalism with the Technical Support. This goes for both Internet and Cox Mobile which I very much regret signing up for. Today is another Pain. Calling the Tech line and being put on hold for 15mins to get Hung up on. Thanks Mae and 2nd person did not give there name. . Mae was extremely rude, kept cutting me off and repeating herself when I'm trying to confirm. Puts me on hold then 15mins later hangs up on me. 2nd person sounded like they threw their phone in the Garbage Disposal so I did not get a name. 2nd Person still could not resolve my issue. Wasted about an Hour total with no Resolution. Your Company needs to Train Employees on Phone Etiquette and Professionalism. So when the next Opportunity arises I'm going to switch off Cox Mobile and go to a Provider that Cares and Values there Clients. Tells you something if I have to waste more time writing this Review. -5/5 Stars. Do not sign up for Cox
