The manage services page of their website actually shows my bill as $189.00 which is more than double what I was previously paying, and the customer service person does not know why and is arguing with me over chat telling me I am wrong, when it is their website showing different prices on different pages of my account access. I have been a customer for 6 years, they don't care about customer loyalty at all. They deserve negative stars.
