- MCMichele Calder2 days ago1.0Horrible experience - an hour wait. Only 2 people to assist. One is not knowledgeable so not able to help much. Why would you allow short staff when you are switching from Cox to Spectrum. Glad I quit both. I just wanted to turn in the Cox equipment and I couldn't even do that. They offered to take it and send a receipt. Why would I do that - take a chance on the one not knowledgeable and so busy would forget so I would be stuck with a fee for not returning equipment with no receipt to prove it.

I will purchase internet, through another company Rather than deal with these Lazy Customer Service technicians, in the Spectrum Store on Eastern. If you must go there bring a lunch, you'll be there ALL day. Id rather be sitting in a dental chair having a root canal, it would be LESS painful

And the spirits of the wild west. The very fiber of what Nevada State was built upon. Cowboys,Indians and rock & roll. In that spectrum, reasons good, bad & ugly. Some companies stay the same, only the names have changed.
- DRDavid RodriguezSep 23, 20262.0Improvement needed on the wait queues. I went to replace a modem which takes literally 3 minutes if you get help. I added my name and selected the reason for my visit(I was 9th). I dont feel the reason makes ANY difference on queueing. Long story short, I had to wait over 55 minutes to exchange a defective cable modem. My advice to Spectrum(cox) is to please assign someone at the store to only handle equipment exchanges. Then when there is no customers for exchanges, that person can help customers in other areas. 55 minutes of waiting for a simple operation is a total disregard to customers time. Spectrum please do better.
