Then I joked with one of the staff and we were all laughing at the end. Staff great. The cost of my cable and Internet not so great.

Switched to WELINK same plan but WAYYY cheaper and I actually get 500mpbs, and on top of that they set it up for FREE. Also COX makes it so HARD TO CANCEL, they kept calling me and asking me why i cancelled after i had already told them why it was pretty annoying trying to CANCEL COX.
