- JRJoshua Rhodes2 days ago5.0I needed a new wifi router. Arrived a few minutes before the Cox Store opened on a Saturday at 10AM. Their team was friendly and helpful. I walked out with a ready-to-use router within 20 minutes.

They won't do anything about it either. They want to charge you $100 to have someone come out to look. It's unbelievable. They really need to get it together.
