After a "promotional period," I was notified on Page 5 of my monthly bill that my monthly internet fee would be 1.5 times what it was previously. For the new price, I could get Google Fiber, which is way faster and more reliable than what I have. Customer service was polite and efficient but, ultimately, completely unhelpful. Just skip this scam and get Google Fiber.
