  I thought this store was helpful and good back when it was just Cox. I liked the people and they were. Wry helpful. Well… now they’re Spectrum, and I don’t know what to expect when I went to visit them for some billing problems I had. I got helped by Monserrat. She was professional and friendly. My only goal was to update my auto-pay issue and pay an over-due bill. Out of nowhere, she mentions to me that there’s ways I could save on our monthly bills. She wasn’t trying to hook me on some pitch or sale… she just mentioned it and clicked some options and completely made my day. She could have easily let me walk in, pay my bill, update my auto pay and just let me go afterwards. Instead, she took it upon herself to help me out. I’d say how much I am saving each month now… but I don’t want others to get their hopes up, since we all ain’t in the same billing categories and what not. Anyway… Thanks Spectrum team, and THANK YOU Monserrat.

  Horrible customer service, have been transferred 5 times, all to the wrong department. Nobody has a clue what they are doing.

  Helpful. Knowledgeable. I needed malware removed from my phone and the young man did it within a half hour. I have COX interested and phone and I am very satisfied

  Ok... If you want to wait at minimum one hour sitting on an uncomfortable bench inside before you are next in line for one of the 2 teens to help you get your replacement upgraded modem.. Be their guest? Though not too many options unfortunately. All their stores are like this. Bad management brings great customer service but almost no employees...

  I have the 1GB internet plan with Cox and I rarely get anywhere close to that speed and it drops periodically throughout the day, everyday. Customer support is contracted out to third parties for troubleshooting and the problem is always blamed on my equipment and never theirs. I know this isn’t the case as the equipment I’m talking about is hardwired via Ethernet using the latest cables. Also, customers who are new are able to talk to a person whenever but when current customers need support the help lines are much more limited. Cox will have to do something drastic to convince me to stay but I’m not counting on it. Hello to Starlink
