When i tried to get it fixed i was transferred to 6 different people who all tried to upsell me and did not fix the problem. I cancelled my phone service with them, and as soon as i find a better internet provider, that is next to go. Never any service or help improving it. Bye Cox

I am on day 2 of still not having internet and I work from home. The customer service wants to charge me $100 for a technician to come fix it. The customer shouldn’t have to pay for the company to fix something that isn’t working as promised. Terrible company. When my lease is up I will never go with Cox. Their name describes their company.
