Wed. 9/16/2026 ✅ I had a great experience here! There were no issues, I got exactly what I came for, and staff I interacted with was extremely friendly & helpful! I’d like to point out Robert, with the awesome rose gold glasses, who helped me today. I’m clueless when it comes to electronics, and he didn’t try to take advantage of that to upsell me w/ my kids around, which I very much appreciated! He was pleasant & great to talk to. Thanks, again!

Your internet service is trash, genuinely hope your company runs out of money and vanishes from the face of the earth so nobody ever has to go through the pain and suffering of having to use your internet. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I called Cox yesterday to schedule my internet to be disconnected Thursday morning because we’re moving. Pretty straightforward request. Instead, Cox shut my internet off Tuesday afternoon. I woke up Wednesday expecting to have a full day to work, only to find out I had no internet. Now I’m scrambling to figure out how to work because Cox disconnected a service I specifically asked them to keep active until Thursday. It somehow got more frustrating from there. When I called for help, the first representative asked for my callback number in case we got disconnected. I gave it to him. A minute later, he asked for it again. I gave it to him again. We got disconnected. No callback. So I called back, explained the entire situation again, and asked if they could simply restore the service that never should have been disconnected in the first place. I was told they couldn’t. Their solution for the inconvenience? A $10 credit. That honestly felt more like a slap in the face than an attempt to make things right. Cox’s mistake cost me an entire workday of internet access, forced me to scramble for another way to work, and required multiple calls just to get an answer—and apparently all of that inconvenience is worth $10. Mistakes happen. I understand that. What determines whether I want to continue doing business with a company is how they handle the mistake afterward. Cox failed twice here: first by disconnecting my service on the wrong day, and then by doing almost nothing to fix a problem they created.

Possibly the worst Internet company and service imagineable. employees just wanna upsell you when you call instead of helping fix their shit service. Going to TFiber where they have twice the internet speed for the same price and NO DATA CAPS.
