- FSFor Sale5 days ago2.0Formally known as Cox, currently in the middle of a recent transition to Spectrum. Might NOT be your place for troubleshooting and technical issues, maybe it is? Three (3) visits to this store and six (6) days of online chats attempting activation, but it wasn’t until typing a complete description into the AI chat bot that I was finally told to check if the bridge was turned on and preventing the WiFi from broadcasting!
- IZIan ZieglerOct 2, 20261.0I was on hold for over 2 hours trying to get a charge resolved from 2020 (6 years ago) at a property I never even lived at or had service at. I was transferred from person to person just for the call to drop. I had to call back multiple times to hear that they wouldn't help me. They told me I need to fill out a form online and wait 5-7 business days to hear back. I would avoid getting any services with them just so you don't have to deal with their customer service department. It's a nightmare.

- BWB WAug 25, 20261.0Go to a different location. Went here to return my cable box and disconnect my cable but in doing so they also cancelled my land line that we've had for 40 years! They still haven't resolved it and the manager never came to the phone when i called about the mistake , had to deal with poorly trained employees. I need to get this fixed its been a week with no phone !

Went in to pick-up a router/modem that I was told by multiple people I wouldn't be charged for. When I went in, they told me there would be a rental fee. When I tried to ask questions about what equipment I needed, I was told he "doesn't know and can't tell me." I took the equipment and later discussed with another Cox associate at a different location and was reassured there was no rental fee. The next day I received a notice that a charge was applied to my account still, and it was for Cox Complete Care which wasn't mentioned to me, asked about, and definitely not agreed to.
