- WMWayne MohringMay 10, 20265.0Manny and Tyler went above and beyond in customer service. I needed to replace my damaged phone before any store would open the next morning. Phone store was already closed and I knew Cox was still open and had a limited selection. They stayed after their normal closing to set up my new phone. Cox also gained business as they could bundle cable and internet together with my phone network provider. Now I have one bill, not two, and an overall cost savings of approx 20%.

- TETodd EApr 30, 20262.0This is more of a review on COX as a nationwide company and not this individual store. I do not know how to review my service in Elkhorn otherwise. We have had COX internet for the last several years. For the most part they have been reliable (no internet services perfect). We recently had fiber internet installed in our neighborhood and switched for faster upload speed working from home (Metronet). It took a full hour to cancel our service. Seemed like a bad game offering other deals and essentially waiting for is to become impatient enough to leave the chat. COX is installing fiber internet here soon as well, but I will not be considering it. A company that doesn't value my time and looks for ways to slowly charge higher prices (lowering them only when you leave) is not a company I want to work with or trust.
