  Our service technician Rohn Lewis was outstanding. Excellent communication on arrival time. Showed us exactly what the problem was, corrected it, and took the initiative to make sure we had the best equipment and the right tower to maximize our speed. Nextlink service at the house and on the phone with tech support and sales has been nothing but outstanding. Highly recommended.

  I appreciate NextLink reaching out to me to notify of an upgrade in my service. However, I’m disappointed it will cost $5 per month more. Installation was a breeze by a certified technician. He answered every question I had.

  Installers were very polite, friendly and skilled. They kept me informed all the way from phone calls prior to arrival and all the steps up until completion. Left my place nice and tidy. Great experience.
