  Michiah, showed up at my house even when it was later than normal business hours. He was kind and helpful and got everything working in a jiff. He even remembered the placement of our router from the last visit he came on. He was a great worker and extremely helpful in answering my questions!

  Morgan is a good technician , he knows his product and his customer service is excellent. My internet works wonderfully with good speed so my wife can conduct her business affairs. Thanks to Morgan it helped us out tremendously. Sincerely Dan Harris

  Was late one time on a bill because I don’t have auto pay on and they refused to waive a $20 fee for being a day late. We always have issues with the Internet going out outages. I’m also the only person in my whole apartment with next link, I absolutely would not recommend them to anybody. Their service team refuses to help you I was even told that asking for the fee to be taken off was not important enough for a supervisor they don’t care about you or your family. They are the worst Internet you can get.
