  I appreciate NextLink reaching out to me to notify of an upgrade in my service. However, I’m disappointed it will cost $5 per month more. Installation was a breeze by a certified technician. He answered every question I had.

  Installers were very polite, friendly and skilled. They kept me informed all the way from phone calls prior to arrival and all the steps up until completion. Left my place nice and tidy. Great experience.

  We have just installed Nextlink and today our cable was buried by technician Patrick Caslin! He was kind, Courteous and did an outstanding job. If you ever have problems I highly recommend him being your guy!
