  ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! We are soooooo glad to be rid of Tmobile in this rural area. Trevor was great and easy to work with. They did an excellent job installing the equipment and the speeds and latency are UNREAL!!!! So glad!

  Gateway put in service to everyone else but our family farm house. And of course now they will not provide any service will not even think about trying to put in service. Worthless

  Nightmarish installation process for my family’s household. The first day they arrived, they said they couldn’t use the Internet line we already have, apparently because a neighbor of ours has a line next to it and it wasn’t closed properly and full of dirt. They came about 2 days later to dig a new line and in the process, they completely messed up our old Internet line and our WiFi went out. I tried to troubleshoot the router in every way I could, but it was not a router issue. The technician messed it up, and our current internet service is not willing to come out to fix it without a $100+ fee. They come back later that day to “finish the job” and don’t because they claim the box to connect it is full of dirt and rocks. At this point it’s the end of the workday Friday and they say the earliest someone can come is Monday morning. We have to go the whole weekend without WiFi because of them. Monday morning comes and they say they have to fix something else on the street and can’t keep the appointment. My father stays on the phone with them for an hour, but the best they can offer him is tomorrow (Tuesday) in the evening. At this point, I’m not so certain that I believe they will finish the job tomorrow evening or somehow find some other small issue that keeps them from finishing the job. In my opinion, getting my house’s internet connected should be pretty high priority considering it has now been 3 days, about to be 4 days without WiFi. Apparently they don’t see the issue the way that my family does. I cannot in my right mind recommend this company to anyone. Maybe for some, installation is easy and painless. For me it has been a complete nightmare. Do better because this is atrocious service for new customers. This is not a way to introduce someone to your company because now I have no trust. I am not convinced they won’t find some other small problem tomorrow and again, leave the job unfinished and my house without WiFi.
