  Was all excited about the new wifi until they hooked up my system and found out after they left my TV's 5 of them didn't work because I needed to get different boxes and the wifi isn't compatible with my security system. Very disappointed they were to call me today and have some one come out and help me with the wifi connection to security system and no one came. No call no nothing. Xfinity came out and fixed the TV issue but no one came from gateway. Not impressed with my new company so far.

  Over promised, under performed. Everything sounded great from the door to door salesman. Bury within 10-14 business days... it took over a month. Was also told about the gift card promo for signing up through them. Was advertised as, 60 days after installation you will get an email with instructions. Never recieved email for promo. Called Gateway, and without saying it, I was basically called a liar, because their email that they have says 90 days. I read the email that I have stating it says 60 days, she said she will submit request... nothing.

  What could be better ....Better more complete information. A wall plug in that is not wabbly and does not cut out power, notification when cable is being buried, owner input on where cable is to be buried, detailed information on modem, booster and router including specific model types and serial numbers documented on hard copy. Warranty information. Hard copy of contracts and first billing at no extra charge. No false information such as that autopay is setup is mandatory.

  Technician drilled a hole from the outside into my dining room wall, that was just painted the day before. put a hole in it, and didn’t tell me about it. We noticed it a couple days later I sent a complaint through, and they offered to send the technician to come back and patch and paint the wall for me lol. Yeah, like I want your technician that doesn’t even know how to drill a hole properly to come back and paint my house lol. Idiots..

  We have had Gateway Fiber for a couple of months now,and we are very pleased with it. We use to have to reprogram the internet in the bedroom every night. Nowcit comes on with no problems. Once in awhile the TV would just quit now with Gateway we haven't had a single issue!!! We are very glad we switched!!!
