I did not catch my installers name, but he went above & beyond to make sure I completey understood how to set up my wifi on my phone & TVs. In addition he fixed a hole by plugging it up. He noticed it & knew enough it should be taken care of. He walked me through setting up the app on my phone too. Much appreciated 👏

They answered my questions. Carlos and his crew came to install the fiber on Saturday. They were very efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never there. Looking forward to use the service and to see if it's better than Xfinity.
