- CHC H5 days ago1.0Their customer service and their product is terrible. Something is wrong with the box (that we pay to rent) and the screen freezes but the sound doesn't, or the sound goes out but the video continues, or both stop anywhere for a few minutes to completely locked. Broadstripe has offered to replace their defective equipment for a $79.99 fee. Our basic cable, phone and internet is already ridiculously high. They've really gone downhill since RCN Astound took over.

The problems that I am having has to do a lot of times with my service itself often times I receive buffing on my service more than once, but often that needs to be corrected and I repeatedly tried to do that. Haven’t been so successful with it yet. Customer service is great.
