They keep on increasing the price every-six month or a year idk. And everytime T storm hits, we know that their service is gonna go down. Since last year we are having the same issue. And be ready to experience the service interruption for almost 4-6 hr. But this time while i am writing this it’s been more than 24 hr and the internet hasn’t been restored. We didn’t want to change the provider, since their service was very nice but now I can’t say the same. Very disappointed
- JHJamie HillJul 22, 20261.0I switched to astound because we moved into this new house and xfinity was not yet available. From the start, the customer service was horrible. You are met with “individuals” who read from a script and have no care or concern to actually service you. Since having service, all it does is drop in and out. We work from home and can’t go a full day without losing service. We have had multiple calls and one tech out and still no help. Today I called and they promised to have someone out between 1-5 and ended up making the appointment for a week from now. Then told me to “ relax it’s nothing else I can do but wait”. They have no issue sending bills and demanding they be paid but do not care if you actually have the service or not. Don’t fall for the cheaper price because you get what you pay for. I couldn’t be more happier to switch back to Xfinity. Please please do not go with astound. But it’s ok they wont care if you do or not lol.
