Mark patiently listened to what I have already tried to fix it, tried a few more things and figured out that I might need a new box. And I did. The wiring was fixed, and ensured that everything was optimized for the best possible performance. Not only was the technical work top-notch, but the attitude made the entire experience even better. Friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to doing a great job—it’s rare to come across service like that these days. By the time he finished, my connection was running perfectly, and everything was set up exactly how I needed it.
