Today, Jim Delorey came to help me fix my WiFi network and add extenders. He was kind, patient , attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure that everything worked perfectly before he left, and he is the reason I am staying with Astound as my WiFi service provider. He is a wonderful tech!

I don’t even have astound and somehow they have inflicted huge disruptions to my life. 2 of the tenants in the same building I live in have tried them. The first woman got them to install same day I lost my internet with no knowledge of why. So I call my provider Comcast who checks it out says someone messed with it. I won’t say I’m an expert I know nothing he had to get special parts and fixed it. Then this happened every time they had to do service for her I lost internet. My new tenants who got service yesterday didn’t know and guess who has no internet. This time is different. I have my sick mom who has machines linked to a place where they monitor her vitals and things of the like in case she falls. They refused to come back and fix there mistake to the point of making fun of both me and my mother as well. Eventually to add a cherry on top a gentleman who called himself jay said they’d be here at 2 a.m. to add insult to injury they left the box open with a birds nest in it and lines falling out. Sloppiest, rudest, most disrespectful company. Over the years I have lived here I have now 23 situations of outages due to them. This company may be okay if you live alone please don’t partake if you live with others they are unbelievably irresponsible.

Jim DeLorey was my tech and he was amazing!! He took the time the other tech did not on Wednesday to really trouble shoot the internet issue. He found several issues inside the house and in the closet and was able to more than DOUBLE my internet signal!! It required some deduction and tracing line and he spent the time to do the job right. He is a tech worth keeping!!
