- TRTyler RAug 13, 20261.0Updating to respond: Getting ahold of yall does absolutely nothing to change the fact that the internet goes down 2-3 times everyday. Yall have sent technicians out, and they leave with no real changes. My internet is out right now as I’m typing this. Having the internet go down 2-3 times a day when you work from home is a real inconvenience. They’ll send someone out a hundred times to check your connections and nothing changes. This is the absolute worse internet service provider, but the only one available in the rural area of Sulphur. Looking into Starlink now!

- JBJayden BoullionJul 28, 20261.0While they do send professional and polite people out to help with the service, I can respect the attempts to help, but I cannot respect Paying $98 a month just for it to not work at all, I can maybe watch TV for about 30 minutes before I have to reset it again and it gets tiring, you’re better off using your neighbors hotspot down the road, you’d probably get better connection with that. Once again $98 dollars a MONTH for internet that doesn’t work. Please fix your connection.
