- RARenee AGJun 4, 20265.0Just moved out of state to Louisiana, called today to schedule wifi service installation thinking it would take 2-4 days but was schedule for the same day and installation was done in no more than 30 min. Extremely satisfied with the agent that helped me on the phone and the technician was incredibly polite and also installation was done in less than 30 min.
- DBDaniel BaileyMay 28, 20262.0Well, the reason I signed up.was for $49.99 for 1 giig!!!! since having the service for almost 3 months, the modem would quit working around 7pm, and I would have to reset it every night. I finally called technical support, and they ran a test on the modem, and said the modem is no good. I then switched service's to Fastwyre, and I'm truly glad I switched. I get 1 gig, and true fiber, not cable lol. The speed is ridiculous, and no issues whatsoever, and the price is only $68.00 per month. Also, Fastwyre does not charge a 2.5% swipe fee when paying your bill like Vyve does. Overall, the staff was amazing, but the service was not good. Hey, maybe you will enjoy it, good luck!!! Moss Bluff resident too!!!!
