  Addendum: See their response? Sounds so sincere, and yet, I was on the phone again this morning because of their terrible service. Don't believe them, and don't stop shopping. I've asked for 2 items for resolution. 1: an actual appointment. 2: reduction in price. Neither is a ridiculous ask and neither has been granted. Nor do I have any faith that either will be. Keep shopping! Sign up for their service if you're interested in really unreliable Internet service at a premium cost. If you are into resetting your modem multiple times a day, steep price increases when their promotion ends, and wasting your money & time-then Vyve is absolutely the provider for you! We began having frequent interruptions to service about 2 months ago. The first call was met with a friendly, seemingly helpful, individual who acknowledged there was an issue with our service, he could see it on his end. He scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The technician came, said they didn't know why they were sent, there's nothing wrong with our equipment, and said "they know they have network problems". That technician left without doing anything. There have been multiple calls regarding frequent interruptions in service with absolutely no fix. Additionally, our bill went up significantly because we were at a year and we were told they aren't offering any promotions right now (which is complete BS). They were so generous as to offer a $12 discount for our issues, though. Today, I had to stay at my house because a "higher level technician" was going to come diagnose and fix the problem. Guess what did not happen? A technician, a fix, anything. They never came. When I called to find out what happened, "well, it looked like everything was working so they pretty much closed the work order". Cool. Except it isn't working. It is still intermittent service, and nobody notified me of the cancellation of my appointment. Zero concern for their customers' time. Definitely research other options. If you rely on your ISP for work, medical technology, anything meaningful, choose another company. Vyve will let you down, and charge you heavily for it.
