- BNBethany Nakanishi4 days ago1.0The girl there told me I didn’t need to do anything to cancel my phone plan other than stop using it. I was charged for months I did not use it and the customer service experience online took over an hour to cancel the phone line with no refund. It was extremely frustrating. I would never use cox again.

The lady Sasha assisted my mother in changing her cell phone from one provider to Cox. The young lady was very passionate and informed my mother of everything that was done. My mother became upset when contacted her current provider in need of the “sim unlock” code and “account number”. The guy with Boost ( my mother’s current provider) was being very difficult and was hesitant in going my mother the numbers needed to switch to Cox, but Mrs. Sasha kept my mother calm after her anxiety kicked in. The young lady went above and beyond today and my mother left satisfied and so was guy. Mrs. Sasha is the best!!!

I live in the CBD and can't believe they don't have a location more nearby. It took over an hour all in all to make the trip by street car, or would have been $25-$30 taking a Lyft.
