- AGAlicia GOct 8, 20261.0Guy took my $100 payment n never got my service set up. Still waiting on a refund but hard to get through to anyone now. Have to file fraud claim on credit card. The agents name is Nate and supposedly Sam is his supervisor.
- CRCameron ROct 4, 20261.0I didn't know what to expect when spectrum took over cox. But having an internet outage for over 16 hours is not what I was hoping for. To make matters worse, you can't even contact anyone to find out what is causing the issue or if anyone is actually working to fix it. This is worse than cox.
- TWThe WoodsSep 21, 20261.0We use Spectrum up north, it’s horrible. Down here we’ve had reliable internet with cox. Since spectrum took over we have the same slow issues. now I’m getting messages we need to pay more if we want our internet to work. Cox never over charged, it worked just fine unless it was Mardi Gras. I’m so disappointed cox is gone.
- DDDavidSep 6, 20261.0Cox cable sucks they just so happen to go off last night durning the lsu game said it was gonna come back on at 1am it’s the next morning it’s still not on
- SSSherriJul 28, 20261.0Terrible Customer Service. No one greeted, nor acknowledged myself or the other people who walked in behind me No better than the Service I received at home which is why i Finally cut the cord. I was there to turn in all my boxes after over 25yrs, they refused to nudge on the monthly cost. Tired of paying about $3000/yr on bad service, equipment that barely worked, cable and wifi that went out even if there was no rain. They finally got to me after 30min and ton my boxes. I'm streaming now so See Ya Never!
