- CCConnorSep 15, 20261.0I canceled my service last month August 8 and they still build me in September even after they called me about 10 times to get me to stay with him so they knew I canceled. After talking with an agent, she said that she could see that I canceled And their systems must’ve just been messing up, but she wasn’t able to give me my refund so I had to contact Billing. I contacted Billing and was talking to a computer. The entire time switched to live agent wasn’t able to ever get an actual conversation with a real person. The live agent said that I didn’t cancel last month and that I was responsible for Owing $124 on the Internet. I didn’t told them to check again because the other agent saw that I canceled on August 8. He said that he couldn’t help me and disconnected the chat so I called Billing again and finally got in contact with a real live person and he was able to help me get my refund. They make it extremely hard to get out of the contract that nobody knows what’s going on when you called to get help but they make it really easy to take your money. Overall, terrible customer service

I sat the router on a bench and walked out. One person on the floor working with a customer and 2 more stand behind computers laughing and joking.
