Went to switch my phone from AT&T to Spectrum and had a phenomenal retail experience. I was met at the door by a wonderful employee named Brandi, and she expedited the process for me from start to finish. My old phone would not sync with the network so I was forced to buy a new phone but they gave me 700 bucks as a trade in for my phone and that was what I initially paid for it so that was a nice perk and kept the balance lower than initially expected with the purchase of a new cellular device. Brandi is an awesome employee and representative of the Spectrum brand and deserves all of the praise for handing me such a pleasant customer experience. There was also a man named Tam working that day that was very helpful in his assistance with the technical side of transferring everything over Great experience and I recommend going to see the crew at Spectrum Gonzales, as they are a top tier team of professionals. The store was clean and smelled nice. There was some really good music playing in the store as well. Great job, y'all!
