  You don’t really talk to anyone anymore on the phone. Everything is automated. I’ve been on the line 3 times and nothing was resolved. Waste of time!

  Ms Linda was awesome for our entire process to switch our mobile cell phones over from Verizon. I have been a Cox customer for over 20 years so combining our cell phones to home internet & home phone service was wonderful! Ms Linda saved us on combining our services!   I just left from this location. Although life had me not in the best of moods, I left laughing and smiling because of Linda. She had a great personality and was able to get me set up in no time. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and had multiple people engaged in conversation together. I asked if she receives anything if someone leaves feedback anywhere and she said no, but that it would make her happy to know she was doing a good job. Well, she isn’t doing a good job, she’s doing an amazing job. Thank you Linda ❤️

  I only had to return a modem and it took forever. Only one staff person on duty. This location is not a corporate store, so limited in what they're authorized to do. If I had known, I would've driven the extra distance to the corporate store on Veterans Hwy.
