- SSSarah ShinnOct 2, 20261.0I wish I could give this company zero stars. They are out for hours if not a full day at a time multiple times a month. It’s hurting our small business and instead of allowing us to end our contract they tried to sell us more things. They’re also constantly changing the requirements to cancel. First it was being out for 24 hours 3 times in a month and when that happened and I called they said no it’s having a tech coming out 5 times. I’m fed up. Never use them if you want your business to thrive.
