  I would strongly caution anyone considering Cox Communications to make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing before agreeing to a plan. In my experience, I was told things by the in-store employees that made the plan sound like a great deal and influenced my decision to sign up. Unfortunately, after I was already committed to the service, I contacted customer service and learned that some of the information I was originally given was not accurate. That is where the real frustration began. Even after raising concerns and complaining about the situation over several months, I was still held responsible for charges and payments that I did not expect based on what I was originally told. Trying to end the service can also leave you facing a large final bill, and if you don’t pay it, you risk having it negatively affect your credit. My advice: DO NOT rely only on what you are verbally told in the store. Get every promotion, price, discount, term, and promise in writing and read the agreement yourself before signing up. I personally would not recommend Cox Communications based on my experience. What sounded like a great deal when I signed up turned into months of frustration, unexpected costs, and being held financially responsible for something that was not explained to me accurately from the beginning.

  So I came here before with my husband for internet and phone service. The Hispanic lady that was helping is SUPER NOSEY asking about my background and very personal stuff. I let my husband take care of it I was waiting else where. When we left he told me how this Dominican woman or whatever she is was asking things about me. I was so mad she even had the NERVE to do that. I hope we never come back to this location never again. It’s none of her concern and it’s none of her business. Nosey much? Yes
