- DSDavid Sanders4 days ago1.0I went to the store to return my modem which was not working and to get a new modem. I ask the employee for a receipt to show I had returned the modem and she stated she could not give me a receipt and would not provide one. I then received a message that I had not returned my modem and would be charged $240. I am still dealing with Cox to get this issue resolved. It all could have been avoided if I would have been given a receipt when I requested it.
