  Can't have their service anymore due to vegetation. I'm on hold for 79 min already and still waiting for last approval for cancellation. At least I can write a review in while waiting. This is my 3rd edit, just changing hold time.

  I called to disconnect service on06/03/26. I was told service would be canceled that evening. 3 days later they charged my account for another month of service. July they charged me for another month. I had to pay my bank to stop payment. Called again to find out why they are still charging me. I was told that they never received my original disconnect request. Talked to numerous people and was assured that service would be stopped. Today I received emails that I owe them for 2 months more service when they said twice that the service was cancelled. I’m sure they will report to credit bureau that I’m not paying my bill, which I am not. What a pathetic way to do business.

  This company has crap drivers. Dangerous to be more accurate. They don't obey the laws of the road! Why should anyone trust them for anything at their home or business? People can judge a lot about a company based on how their staff misbehave out in public view!

  Do not waste your time or aggravation with rise. We have had rise for just over a year and this last 4+ day outage was the breaking point. Well...the lies they tell didn't help. They have unreliable and inferior equipment and insufficient maintenance crews to deal with problems. Switched to starlink after the 4th day of the outage and no definite answer when it will be back up. Starlink is super easy to install and use so far. And they always take time to give some bs response to negative feedback to make it look like they care...trust me they do not.

  Absolutely the worst internet company you'll ever deal with. I have to call every single month multiple times a month to get them to fix their over burdened tower. As I type this out I'm again without internet they blame everything but their out dated systems. If you have any other option which I don't, use the other option. You literally have to schedule a time for supervisors to call you back they never come to the phone and they typically don't call. Horrid horrid horrid if I could give less then 1 star I would. Now on to my 21st call in 4 months
