  Absolutely Horrible. I don't there's one day were the internet is phenomenal. Issues everyday, Probably Calling Nextlink at least once a week now for the past idk how many months. Idk If there slowing our speeds down to try to get us to leave them or what but It's starting to feel like it. Paying for half a gig and only getting 30!

  I'm sorry to say that this the worst Internet provider that I have EVER encountered...THE WORST. My daughter died 6 years ago, and my WiFi has not worked since then. I made many calls to my local tech.(Jason) , and recieved no help at all. He moved his work base to Iowa and didn't bother to tell me OR tell me that his replacement was a gentleman named Brian. I complained to a neighbor (friend of Jason) and then he called me back and told me to call Brian...Although, I don't believe that I should have to use a router (I believe that your company should provide a strong enough single to bring the Internet, and WiFi that I have been paying for. Today, I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with your company and really all that they are addressing is my router...SINCE I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE FOR 6 YEARS...I believe that the service should be provided. If, and when the router that I purchased (I bought the one that your company told me to) is installed I expect your company to provide the service I have had the last 6 years. And, I expect the techs. to give me some/any communication regarding the failure to provide WiFi.
