  Everything with nextlink went very well. They communicated with me the whole step of the way. The installer that came that day was very busy all day but came out after 5pm to install out internet. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working before leaving. From calling and speaking with sales down to installation was fast and painless. Very happy with the internet as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for any of theyre services. Great company!!!!!!

  Your service man was very nice and polite and knowledgeable he did great at the installation and letting me know what was happening and how things work...he answered all my questions in terms I could understand.

  As someone who works in customer service myself, I appreciate that even though the problem wasn't a fast fix I kept getting the call backs of the problem trying to be resolved. This goes from the customer support, to the person setting up my tech appointment, to the tech guy himself and farther up the chain until it was resolved. I'm very impressed with all of them. Thanks a bunch.
