  I had hired this company to do my 5 page website. Seo branding and a few other things. I paid in full. I never even filled out a form for them to even have a idea about my web sight. They took a sales call and got me signed up. I had a medical emergency and requested a refund. They denied the refund so I tried with my bank. 10com notified me that I could proceed with the website design whenever since the payment had cleared. Finally got healed up and emailed them 2 days ago to find the next steps for said services. Today they replied that they will not be doing anything and that they will keep the stolen money. They are crooks and criminals. Legal action will be filed may 17th Here is there direct reply.. These clowns with there reply threatening me lol. They keep throwing my bank approved the transaction. Of course they did as you told them that I had paid for service's and that they could be used at any future date. I also have the email stating that... Enjoy your flight to tn. We acknowledge receipt of your email regarding Order #13876. After review of the account history, communication records, billing activity, and prior dispute proceedings associated with this matter, 10com Web Development has determined that it will not reinstate, reopen, or proceed with services under this order. As reflected in the documented record, the original engagement concluded following the cancellation request, subsequent chargeback filing, and formal payment dispute process initiated against our company. The dispute was reviewed through the appropriate banking and merchant channels and ultimately resolved in 10com Web Development’s favor. Pursuant to our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Dispute Policy, and internal operating policies, 10com Web Development reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, terminate, or decline future services following chargebacks, payment disputes, or material breakdowns in the client relationship. Accordingly, this matter is considered final and closed internally. No further services, deliverables, support, or obligations will be provided under Order #13876

  Don't waste your time or your money on this web designer. They will try to nickel and dime you to death and never produce a website. I fired them for lack of production and they still have the nerve to ask me for money. You get fired, you don't get paid. I finally found a better designer that did my site in 1 week. Shop around and avoid these clowns.
