  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience working with **10com Web Development** on my new website for Little Flower Designs by Sasheen. From beginning to end, they were patient with me, responsive to my feedback, and willing to work through all of the revisions and little details that were important to me. As a small business owner, my website is more than just a webpage—it represents my business, my family, my creativity, and everything I have worked so hard to build. I had a very specific vision for how I wanted it to look and feel, and the 10com team worked with me until we got it there. I especially appreciated their patience throughout the revision process. I asked for quite a few changes, provided lots of photos and ideas, and was particular about how my products and services were represented. They listened, made the adjustments, and ultimately created a website that feels professional, polished, modern, and much more representative of my business. The final transfer process was also smooth, and I now have full ownership and control of my website through Wix, which was very important to me. I am genuinely excited to finally have a professional online home for Little Flower Designs by Sasheen and am very happy with the finished result. Thank you to the 10com team for all of your work, patience, creativity, and for helping bring my vision to life.   I am a novice at web development and 10com made the process to create my website ideal for a beginner. I asked the same question over and over and the team responded with patience and support. If the lead manager sensed I was getting frustrated he swooped in and gave me the confidence to keep going. I was creating the content which caused a certain amount of delay. The time line was fluid and at my pace. Great service! After 23 years of thinking about a website my dream is live! Thanks to all the team members!

  I am retired and following a ministry that the Lord has called me to. Some may call it luck that I ended up with 10com I prefer to think of it as the Lord orchestrating this outcome. There website design is fantastic and honors the word of God. From the home page to the prayer request this site has just the right blend of everything needed to feel the presence of our Lord.   You'll notice there are quite a few 1-star reviews here, and after my own experience, I can understand why. Rather than taking responsibility for negative experiences, the business often seems to deflect blame onto the customer. Looking back, the positive reviews also raise some questions for me. The number of glowing reviews, along with their similar tone and wording, feels unusual. Even many of the responses to negative reviews read like generic AI-generated templates rather than genuine attempts to address customer concerns. If you are wondering what it's like to hire someone to use AI to generate all your content for your website and even build your website, you should use this company. I'm still working with this company and genuinely hope my experience improves. If they ultimately make things right, I'll gladly update or remove this review. But if you're reading this and the review is still here, it's because that hasn't happened.
