I started paying around $45 a month, and by the time I was able to find a new provider, my bill was over $100! For the EXACT SAME SERVICE. When I cancelled my account with them, it was 3 days after the billing cycle, and I still had to pay for an entire month with them. I returned the modem and still had to pay a "rental fee" for a modem I no longer had in my possession. I am so thankful TruVista came to my town and broke up the monopoly held over my head by Vyve! If there were a way to give 0 stars, I would do it!
