The customer service I received over the phone was wonderful and then when I went to the Cox store on Watson Boulevard the lady who helped me was amazing I have no complaints.

I’m watching several folks walk out and i would buy i have been calling COX for two days and again im having to take the time out my schedule to go in and fix something they say was handled one thing i noticed about cox due to my military moves an etc they seem to always have a tech problem an continue to bill you anyway in another note they usually have a building full of guest an will hold a conversation talking as if business is not to be handled CRAZY.. i typically walk out an return 80 percent of the time.

Forget about it never working, because when you call to get it fixed they try to upsell you and when you refuse they lie and add it to your account anyway!!!! Oh and it’s $200 service call regardless of why it went out

They refuse to be understanding or helpful. I lost my job and literally lost everything. I've been trying to rebuild my life and cox just made it harder by sending an internet bill that shouldn't have happened to collections hitting my credit severely. For an internet bill. The service was bad to begin with! I've called before about my situation and all they cared about was getting their money. They lack any level of empathy for extreme situations which is shown in multiple reviews here. I will never recommend such terrible companies to anyone.
