- ELEva LallementJun 20, 20265.0I talked to Andrew about my modem not reaching enough space. Online customer support said to get a a booster which would have added a charge. Andrew said the modem had to be broken and recommended switching it in the store for free. This is exactly what I needed and now the WiFi works perfectly.

I got deployed on extremely short notice and did not have the opportunity to return my equipment, I called once and was told when I return home I can pay my balance and have services cut back on but later got an email saying balance was going to an collection agency with an added $250 “equipment not returned” fee. So I called several more times and was told I have to pay the equipment fee or it would go to a collection agancy. I live alone so I couldn't have anyone take the equipment back, but I told them I could return when I get back home. Added on 10 times more stress on top of being deployed in harsh conditions, will never being using this provider again. Also it’s funny how these are the only internet providers on base but have no policies in place to assist deployed military members.
