  I have been very please with my Vyve service overall! On few occasions I have had problems with buffering and would call technical service. Nathan has been the tech to check the outside box and my modem. He is very nice and professional and explains what is causing the problem. Nathan then contacted a maintenance person who name was Roscoe who was also very cordial and immediately fixed the problem!!!

  Bobby is the best, he was patient with me and walked me through everything. He had me to check everything before we hung up to ensure my Internet and TV was working properly. I greatly appreciate Bobby

  My cable was out around 3 days because the technician was fixing a problem my neighbor had and he accidentally disconnected my cable. So today the technician came out and got my cable working again and it was a problem outside where they disconnected mine accidentally and it works for a few hours then all of a sudden my two cable boxes inside stop working at the same time. So I called vyve again so I have to wait again without cable until Monday, like 5 more days without cable till they can come back. Which this problem is more than likely outside again and would only like take 15 minutes to fix like the first technician did. They have wires outside from the neighbors house stretching across the yard to the poll also that aren't buried which seems sort of unsafe with all the kids in the area that could be running and trip and fall over them. I'm a very dissatisfied customer who's been with vyve since 2020. Hopefully vyve will give me a credit on my next bill and make this right.

  The technicians that came to my neighborhood Scott, Roscoe and Kyair did an amazing job! They faced issues that were effecting my neighbors as well, I work from home and the calls are crystal clear and everything is responding without delay! Very grateful. My kids said the games aren't lagging so that translates to they are thankful too.
