  Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable about the issue with the modem. He quickly analyzed the problem and explained to me the procedure to correct the problem. My Internet was back in service in less than 5 minutes.

  Only use them if you genuinely enjoy having the worst internet service known to man. Constantly got kicked off and now that I’ve moved (not even to the same city) and have a different provider I can’t get an actual person on the phone to tell me how to cancel the services, nevermind that I’ve tried for a solid month. No matter what time of day you call, the automated voice will tell you they’re closed and hang up. I will be bringing all their junk to their office and dumping it on the front desk this afternoon because it’ll be a cold day in hell before I pay them another dime for this so called ‘internet’
