From the very beginning I was EXTREMELY clear in what I was looking for. I was promised that they would be able to deliver what I was wanting for my business’ website. The contract was signed in Feb 2026 and the site was not even close to my standards by the time I asked for them to give me back end access to finish it myself in Sept 2026. I spent six months babysitting and begging for updates on my project. Updates were non-existent and any questions I had were met with “I’ll ask the development team and get back to you” and then never heard back without me asking again and again. When signing the contract, I was told that the timeline was 90 days after home page approval. I had asked for a couple simple changes to the homepage and those edits took over a month to complete. This drastically set back our website timeline. I brought my concerns to the owner of the company, Shay, as the deadline of August 4th was approaching and I knew that the site wasn’t going to be ready. I didn’t even have the content for approval until the end of July. He assured me that the site would be completed within the deadline and that it would be to my liking. They hadn’t even implemented my content fixes by the deadline or incorporated the photos or videos we provided from a very expensive photo/videography shoot we had months prior. By the middle of September, I was so frustrated by the delay in my changes being met with “our team is working on it” every time when it was clear that changes were not being made to our site. I scheduled a meeting with Shay in which he told me that they delivered what I paid for. Apparently my standards for what I was expecting were too high and I should’ve paid for a better package if I wanted these things even though our project manager, Lindsay, NEVER said anything about needing an upgraded package for the things I was asking for. There was NO apology until I specifically mentioned how disappointed I was in not only the service over the last 6 months, but how insincere and unapologetic this conversation was. There certainly was no asking how they could make this situation right or any accountability from Shay. All of the complications of the process were blamed on me and my apparently excessive standards. Overall, my experience was maddening and I can’t express what a waste of money it was to work with Digital Resource because I am now spending hours and hours making fixes myself and will most likely end up needing another company to finish tying up loose ends. Save yourself the time, energy, and money and choose a different company to work with.
