  We have lost Internet service for the past five days and counting since Hurricane Isaias, still without connection. Very frustrating!!

  Internet still down 4 days after storm with ZERO eta on getting it back up. Just for reference, power is back to nearly 80% of NWFL customers and internet still down with Cox. What an absolute mess spectrum/cox has done with this storm. The service sucks COX.

  Terrible. Terrible customer service and service has been out for days and no updates per Spectrum. If this continues, we will be canceling service and switching to someone else.

  Spectrum is not honoring the same plans and pricing to existing Cox customers like they told us all in an email less than a month ago. Why are they not being held accountable for their lies????

  This has been the WORST internet provider I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of working with. Half an inch of rain? Internet outage. A slight autumn breeze 200 miles away? Internet outage. Heads on a coin flip? Internet outage. ETA on restoration? Laughable, you won't get one. If you can fight their AI call system for five minutes straight, you get to talk to a person that can do absolutely nothing for you, as they have no idea what caused the outage or an eta. To be quite honest, I'm not sure why they even hired these people if all they can do is tell you they can't do anything or provide any information whatsoever. Going on over 17 hours without Internet. This is unacceptable and frustrating. We work remotely. This is affecting my job, my pay, and if I can find the extra time in the day Spectrum can kiss my business goodbye. TLDR: Spectrum sucks, 0/10, constant outages, go with LITERALLY anyone else
